For nearly 20 years, I've had the privilege of helping people feel better through massage therapy. Along the way, my career grew far beyond the treatment room. I became a Director of Operations for a successful massage and chiropractic organization, where I managed therapists, coordinated large wellness events, built systems, and helped ensure every client received an exceptional experience.

Those years taught me that great massage is only part of what makes a wellness program successful. Organization, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail matter just as much.

Eventually, I realized something.

While I loved building teams and creating systems, what I missed most was working directly with people.

That's why I created H3 Massage.

I wanted to combine everything I'd learned from leading a large organization with the personal care and flexibility of a locally owned business. Today, H3 provides in-home massage, workplace chair massage, and wellness experiences throughout North Texas, serving everyone from busy professionals and families to hospitals, schools, and local businesses.

Whether I'm helping one client unwind after a stressful week or coordinating chair massage for an entire company, my goal is always the same:
